Meet Mark Montgomery
Mark has been a successful attorney since his admission to the bar in 1998 and is a member of the Texas and Houston bar associations. He will tell you the truth about your case, your legal options and provide aggressive legal representation. As an honorably retired Lieutenant from the Houston Police Department, and a certified mediator, he is a forceful litigator.
Mark will personally discuss your case over the telephone. During this consultation, he will discuss the legal process, what actions might be necessary for your case, and the best way to resolve your matters in a timely and cost effective manner. He will also discuss the types of fee arrangements offered by our office. He feels strongly that you should be able to contact your lawyer for advice or assurances in the event of a legal concern or problem. That is why, unlike other attorneys, he gives his clients his cell phone number. Mark welcomes clients from the Greater Houston area, including Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Montgomery and Waller Counties.
